Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind our workmanship. This Workmanship Guarantee outlines the coverage provided for our furniture and signs ("Products"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
1. Coverage
This Guarantee covers any defects in the workmanship of our Products that arise due to faulty materials or craftsmanship.
The Guarantee period is Three Years from the date of delivery or installation, whichever occurs later.
2. Guarantee Benefits
In the event of a valid claim within the Guarantee period, we will, at our sole discretion:
Repair the defective Products or parts.
We reserve the right to use new or refurbished components or materials in the repair process.
3. Guarantee Limitations
This Guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, abuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
It does not cover cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the Products.
It does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, or other external factors beyond our control.
The Guarantee is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser of the Products from our company.
4. Making a Claim
To make a claim under this Guarantee, you must:
Notify us in writing within ten (10) days of discovering the defect.
Provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.
Provide detailed information about the defect, including supporting photographs if available.
We will require reasonable time and access to inspect and evaluate the claimed defect.
We have the sole discretion to determine the validity of the claim and the appropriate remedy.
5. Exclusions and Disclaimer
Except as stated in this Guarantee, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with this Guarantee, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
