We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Custom-made or personalized Products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the Product.
You will be provided with instructions on how to return the Product.
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer unless the Product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards, downloadable digital products, and custom-made or personalized Products (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
In cases where the returned Product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover any diminished value.
We accept exchanges for the same Product or a different Product of equal value within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to availability.
3.2 Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the Product.
You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
We may request supporting evidence such as photographs or videos of the damaged or defective Product.
Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a refund, exchange, or repair for the damaged or defective Product.
