Wood Work

Returns

1.1 Eligibility

  • We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Custom-made or personalized Products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

1.2 Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the Product.

  • You will be provided with instructions on how to return the Product.

  • The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer unless the Product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Refunds

2.1 Eligibility

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards, downloadable digital products, and custom-made or personalized Products (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

2.3 Deductions

  • In cases where the returned Product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover any diminished value.


Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility

  • We accept exchanges for the same Product or a different Product of equal value within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to availability.

3.2 Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the Product.

  • You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.


Damaged or Defective Products

4.1 Notification

  • If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.

4.2 Resolution

  • We may request supporting evidence such as photographs or videos of the damaged or defective Product.

  • Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a refund, exchange, or repair for the damaged or defective Product.
