Non-Refundable Deposit Terms

Deposit: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your desired date for table restoring. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

Purpose: The deposit serves as a commitment to reserve the specific date for your project.

Non-Refundability: The deposit is non-refundable in the event of last-minute changes or cancellations.

Cancellation Policy:

If you (the client) provide more than two weeks' notice from the original booking date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If I (the service provider) need to cancel or postpone the project, I will notify you as soon as possible. If a new date cannot be accommodated, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Notification Requirement: If you (the client) need to cancel or postpone your project, please contact me as soon as possible.

By providing the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Bespoke Furniture

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your desired date for the bespoke furniture making project. This deposit will be used to cover the costs of materials.

Cancellation Policy:

If you (the client) cancel the project within 2 weeks (14 days) of the booked date and the materials have not been purchased, you will receive 40% of the deposit back, less a 10% non-refundable fee for last-minute cancellations.
If you (the client) cancel before the start date of the project and no materials have been purchased, a full refund of the deposit will be returned.
If I (the service provider) need to cancel the project, a full refund will be given if a new date cannot be agreed upon.
If materials have been purchased and you cancel the project, you will have two options:
- Purchase the materials: You can purchase the materials plus 30%.
- Return the materials: If feasible, the materials will be returned to the supplier, and you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
