A young scientist's experiment gone awry resulted in a catastrophic stain on the clients' newly installed kitchen worktop. The bicarbonate-induced black mark was completely removed through a meticulous sanding process before the surface was refinished with a durable, food-safe hardwax oil. The worktop has been fully restored to its original condition.
